Not at all. You'll receive a brief pre-interview form after booking, but there's nothing to memorize or rehearse. The whole point is a natural, flowing conversation. Just show up as yourself.
We meet over Zoom for a one-hour guided conversation. I ask thoughtful, open-ended questions designed to draw out your stories naturally. You'll receive a link to the full recording afterward.
