Each topic will be organized into easy-to-follow modules where you will experience an overview of the module topic, a guided meditation, and suggested prompts for the opportunity to reflect on your experience even deeper.
You pick your pace
This course is yours. It is designed for you to go at the pace that feels most appropriate for you, although it's recommended to listen to each meditation daily for 7 days before moving on to the next one. You can choose to take as much time as you would like with each module and topic. Once you have completed the course you can also revisit all meditations and reflection prompts any time you feel it may benefit you.
