This course is paired with six one on one, 40 minute coaching sessions.
During your sessions, you or your child will have the opportunity to explore your practice a bit deeper with more support and guidance.
The purpose of this course is to help those who have never meditated before receive the structure to set themselves up for practicing for the rest of their lives.
Our goal is to keep it simple.
This is a 12 week self-paced course. You will start with a 1 minute meditation video to be practiced every day for a week, along with daily reflection prompts for that practice. The next week you'll move to the 2 minute practice, and so on, all the way up to 12 minutes.

After working with each topic for a week, you'll receive an email notifying you that the next week's video and reflection prompts are now available for you.
