Time is Grace

I have to remind myself to give permission to catch my breath and just sit in the silence of it all sometimes. 

My world is being flooded with so many incredible people who offer so much love, support, and knowledge that it can be easy to get ahead of myself with the excitement and motivation of healing and releasing everything that no longer serves me.

I have to remember that it is not a race. There is no need to rush. It is most definitely not about the finish line. 

I find the most peace when I allow myself to live out a life with no expectations or finality. No worries about the next step. Allowing myself to marinate in the gratitude and pride of the work I am doing for myself. 

When I do allow myself to take this time of reflection, that is when my cup is able to cross that full mark and pour over into creation. I am then able to harness that creativity and use it to find new ways to both better myself give to others in symphony. 

My message to myself today and anyone else who needs to hear it is this…

Be present with the beauty of my healing. It is gold. It is where growth truly lies. Feel the pride build up in every inch of my being for how far I have come and just be with those tingles for a bit. Allow myself to be a witness to my own progress. 

If something feels forced then explore the why behind that feeling.

Do I need to take a step back? Have I missed something beautiful by moving too quickly? There is still so much growth in giving myself permission to rewind, pause, and try again with a new perspective. With gratitude. With Grace. With God. With what ever those things mean to me, not to anyone else. 

When I feel me mind meet me with my present self, and I have had the chance to absorb all that moment has to offer, then I am ready to move forward again. It doesn’t need to take much time once I get there, just that moment, but it is about finding that moment and really being with it.

Allowing myself to search for that moment is where my time is deserved, and where I deserve as much time as I need.
