  1. Remember to activate your common sense.
  2. Just keep going.
  3. Remember how good it feels to dwell in nothing.
  4. Every day do something a bit differently than you normally might. 
  5. Remember that you can never feel love often enough, and you can never have too much gratitude. 
  6. Remember to let go.
  7. Remember to close your eyes and sense.
  8. You're allowed to relax.
  9. Make life into a game.
  10. Smile right now.
  11. Remember to accept your own fear. 
  12. Remember that there’s more cool stuff besides other humans.
  13. Feel your entire body right now.
  14. Remember to celebrate simple living. 
  15. Remember that you don't have to hide your best self. 
  16. Remember to be the example.
  17. Remember to ask, “why am I speaking?”
  18. Remember to chill.
  19. Remember to listen.
  20. Remember to be vulnerable. 
  21. Remember to be with the breath.
  22. Remember to ask, “where do I want to go from here?”
  23. Remember that you're free.
  24. Remember to practice feeling love. 
  25. In order to be healthier than you've ever been, you need to believe that you are. 
  26. Remember to live with integrity.
  27. Remember the importance of community.
  28. Remember to lead with your heart.
  29. Remember to do it your way.
  30. Remember to let yourself enjoy living.
